The Department of Defense’s Executive Office of the Vice President and Cabinet announced the creation of a new office in the Office of Chief Management and Programs in the U and D Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, and State, to address the needs of all service members, including those deployed overseas.
